In December 2004 the hospital needed to make a change wit the current radiology contract holder.  The hospital was providing full-time locums coverage until we could identify a new radiologist.  We contracted with Colonial in January for what we thought would be a difficult search.  Colonial was very professional and diligent in all matters of the recruitment process.  Once we approved their recruitment campaign, within the first week we had over fifteen interested candidates.
